 SUNY Oswego lost electrical power around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Auxiliary generators and emergency lighting kicked on in residence halls across campus seconds later.
It was not immediately clear how widespread the power outage was, but power provider National Grid was not reporting any outages in Central New York as of 3:05 a.m. Wednesday.
